Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration.
• BLS is required for every RN; ACLS current as applicable to unit.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Nursing Process for planning, delivery and management of patient care from admission to discharge.
• Perform patient assessment/reassessment according to standard procedures.
• Develop and coordinate individual care plans including discharge planning.
• Direct, supervise, coordinate and evaluate nursing care within the assigned setting.
• Delegate tasks to others in accordance with job description and competency.
