Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 3 - Night Shift (12 hours) on 7p-7:30a in 6 East. The RN will plan, deliver, and manage direct patient care using the nursing process, with duties from admission to discharge.

Current MA nursing licensure and BLS are required; ACLS certification is preferred or current. Experience with nursing care and a commitment to respectful patient care are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts nursing licensure and registration required.
• BLS certification required unless ACLS is current.
• ACLS certification preferred or current; unit-specific certifications may apply.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and manage direct patient care using the nursing process from admission to discharge.
• Perform patient assessments and coordinate discharge planning.
• Direct, supervise, and evaluate nursing care within the assigned unit; delegate responsibilities as appropriate.
