Job summary

UMass Memorial Health’s West 3 unit in Worcester, MA seeks a Registered Nurse for 24 hours on the night shift. You will deliver direct patient care, utilize the nursing process, assess and chart patient status, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Prefer BSN, Massachusetts licensure, and BLS; ACLS/PALS may be required in select areas. This is an on-site role with potential signing bonus eligibility discussed during interview.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of nursing discipline.
• Ability to plan, deliver and document patient care.
• Strong teamwork with health care providers.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process from admission to discharge.
• Assess patients and reassess as required.
• Develop and coordinate individual care plans including discharge planning.
