Job summary

Mount Carmel Health System is seeking skilled Registered Nurses for full-time night shifts at Mount Carmel East in Columbus, OH. The RN will provide compassionate care across the patient care continuum, in a Baby-Friendly environment with a focus on family-centered support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current license to practice as an RN in Ohio
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to plan and manage patient care and delegations
• Experience using an EMR for charting preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients and assist with examinations and treatments.
• Administer medications according to policies and procedures.
• Assist in emergency situations as directed by providers.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and care.
• Document assessments, interventions and patient outcomes accurately.
