Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Develops and updates patient care plans in coordination with team and family.
• Communicates changes in patient condition to physicians and staff.
• Performs admissions assessment, reassessments, and care plan updates.
• Administers medications following five rights and safety standards.
• Participates in discharge planning and patient education.
