Kindred Hospital Riverside, part of ScionHealth, is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing staff in a 40-bed long-term acute care setting in Perris, CA. The role includes assessing patient needs, coordinating care, and leading staff training and development.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years hospital nursing experience, 1–2 years in a supervisory role, and an active RN license with BLS. Salary is $52–$72 per hour with full benefits and regular attendance expected.

Qualifications

• Two years of nursing experience in a hospital.
• 1–2 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Current RN license required in the state.
• BLS certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, supervises and evaluates designated nursing staff; assigns duties and coordinates nursing services.
• Participates in developing nursing protocol and procedures.
• Provides continuing education and staff development opportunities for nursing staff.
• Assesses patient needs; participates in providing nursing care; ensures services are carried out and documented appropriately
• Maintains patient health care records.
• Maintains supply inventory records; orders supplies and equipment, as necessary.
