Job summary

Good Samaritan is a not-for-profit organization with over 100 years of housing and services for seniors, guided by Christian values in care. This Full-time RN position at the ND Larimore Ctr offers 12-hour night shifts and a $30,000 sign-on bonus, with comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage.

You will provide nursing care, assess residents, develop care plans, educate families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice and/or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• Familiarity with Nurse Practice Act and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, assess residents, educate residents and families, and perform various nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff as appropriate.
