Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department service functions during the shift as a House Supervisor.
• Directly supervise hospital staff and communicate with all staff area‑wide.
• Ensure efficient operations and patient flow throughout the hospital.
• Assist medical staff with scheduling after‑hour procedures and standby staff.
• Enhance the patient/family experience through explanations of hospital policies.
