We have partnered closely with a prominent healthcare system in Montana to secure a dedicated clinical leader for their hospital administrative team. We are currently seeking an experienced Night House Supervisor / Patient Flow Specialist to provide shift leadership, operational oversight, and clinical guidance in Great Falls, Montana.
In this high-visibility role, you will manage hospital-wide patient flow, guide clinical staff on policies and procedures, and optimize nursing resource assignments during night shifts. Working in direct collaboration with clinical leaders and the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), you will handle administrative decision-making, staff coaching, and conflict resolution across all departments. Final base salary, night shift differentials, and overall financial packages will be verified and determined by the organization based on your documented years of hospital RN practice, critical care competencies, and clinical leadership history.
