Job summary

Great Falls Clinic, LLC in Great Falls, MT is seeking a House Supervisor/Patient Flow Specialist to guide hospital staff, interpret policies, optimize nursing resources, and respond to patient and family concerns. You will partner with clinical leaders and the CNO to ensure safe, efficient care and smooth patient flow.

The role requires a Montana RN license with at least 3 years in a hospital, ICU or ED experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• RN license in Montana is required.
• Minimum 3 years of RN hospital experience.
• Recent ICU or Emergency Department experience preferred.
• Experience with patient flow and nurse leadership.
