Job summary

Mercy Perryville is seeking a House Supervisor to oversee nightly operations across patient care areas in Perryville, MO. You will act as the on-site clinical and administrative leader, coordinating staffing, patient flow, and throughput in real time while responding to urgent events and maintaining a safe environment.

The role requires an RN license with 3 years of hospital nursing experience (5 preferred), BLS and ACLS before first shift, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of nursing with an active RN license.
• Current MO RN license required; BLS and ACLS before first shift.
• 3 years of hospital nursing experience; 5 years preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site clinical and administrative leader during evenings/nights/weekends/holidays.
• Coordinate staffing, patient flow, and throughput decisions in real time.
• Lead response during urgent events (codes, rapid response) and escalate as needed.
• Mentor staff and support teams with clinical judgment and service recovery.
