Mercy Perryville is seeking a House Supervisor to oversee nightly operations across patient care areas in Perryville, MO. You will act as the on-site clinical and administrative leader, coordinating staffing, patient flow, and throughput in real time while responding to urgent events and maintaining a safe environment.

Serve as the on-site clinical and administrative leader for the facility during evenings/nights/weekends/holidays, ensuring safe, smooth operations across departments.
Coordinate staffing, patient flow, and throughput decisions in real time.
Lead response and coordination during urgent events (codes, rapid response, incidents) and elevate to leaders as needed.
Act as a hospital-wide resource, mentor, and problem-solver, supporting teams with clinical judgment and service recovery
Minimum Qualifications:
Required Education: Graduate from a school of nursing.
Required Experience: Three years of hospital nursing experience.
Required Licensure: Current RN (Registered Nurse) License in the applicable state of practice.
Required Certifications: BLS and ACLS before beginning first shift
