Job summary

Mercy Perry in Perryville, MO is seeking an RN to serve as House Supervisor and Float Pool RN on night shifts. Lead hospital-wide operations, coordinate staffing and patient flow, and respond to urgent events while providing expert bedside care.

You will partner with interdisciplinary teams to adapt to diverse units, maintain high standards of safety, and mentor staff. A three-year hospital nursing background, RN license, and BLS/ACLS are required.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management experience in a hospital setting.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and make sound judgments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site clinical and administrative leader for the facility during evenings/nights/weekends/holidays.
• Coordinate staffing, patient flow, and throughput decisions in real time.
• Lead response and coordination during urgent events and escalate to leaders as needed.
• Mentor and support teams with clinical judgment and service recovery.
