Mercy Perry in Perryville, MO is seeking an RN to serve as House Supervisor and Float Pool RN on night shifts. Lead hospital-wide operations, coordinate staffing and patient flow, and respond to urgent events while providing expert bedside care.
You will partner with interdisciplinary teams to adapt to diverse units, maintain high standards of safety, and mentor staff. A three-year hospital nursing background, RN license, and BLS/ACLS are required.

Experience: Three years of hospital nursing experience.
