Mercy is seeking a Clinical Operations Supervisor to ensure safe, high-quality nursing care and efficient resource use. The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians, administrators, and co-workers to improve processes across the care continuum.

The position focuses on staffing, patient flow, and mentorship, aligning with Mercy's mission and values. Requires 3–5 years hospital nursing experience and an active RN license.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license with the Board of Nursing in the applicable State of practice.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probation period. TNCC, ACLS and ENPC or PALS.

Responsibilities

• Assures delivery of safe, high-quality and cost-effective care.
• Ensure units are appropriately staffed to provide patient care.
• Involved in patient flow and bed management in collaboration with Staffing Office.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to staff to promote change and leadership.
