National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs, AR seeks an experienced RN House Supervisor to provide clinical and operational oversight during night shifts. You will coordinate patient placement, staffing needs, and ensure safe, high-quality care across the hospital.

The role emphasizes leadership, timely decision-making, and collaboration with nursing staff to respond to changing patient and operational needs. Current RN licensure and a BSN are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Current state RN license and a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school are required.
• BLS certification must be completed within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS certifications must be obtained within six months of hire.
• One year of nursing experience is preferred.
• ASLS certification is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct accurate patient assessments and identify nursing needs.
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to patient condition and age.
• Document medical necessity promptly in the medical record.
• Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Perform timely and accurate quality improvement assessments.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
