Job summary

National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs, Arkansas, seeks an RN House Supervisor to lead nursing operations per shift. You will oversee patient placement, staffing, and care coordination to ensure high-quality care. The role requires current RN licensure and a BSN with BLS; ACLS/PALS within six months are expected.

This is a PRN, on-site leadership position. You will collaborate with nursing teams across departments to maintain safety, quality metrics, and timely decision-making while

Qualifications

• Current state RN license is required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS certification within six months of hire.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational oversight across the hospital during assigned shift.
• Serve as a trusted resource for nursing staff and coordinate patient placement and staffing needs.
• Support timely decision-making and promote safe, high-quality patient care.
• Complete and revise Interdisciplinary Care Plans for each patient.
• Perform timely and accurate QI assessments and related duties.
