Job summary

The Staff Pad is partnering with a Russellville hospital to hire an experienced RN Night House Supervisor. You will oversee hospital-wide operations and lead departments during overnight hours, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and a collaborative environment.

We seek 4–6 years of supervisory hospital experience, ACLS/PALS within a year, and strong leadership skills to mentor staff and address emergencies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of recent hospital leadership experience.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required within one year of hire.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight during night shifts.
• Coordinate staffing, patient flow, bed management and clinical coverage across units.
• Support and mentor nursing and clinical staff in real-time decision-making.
• Respond to patient care concerns, clinical emergencies, and operational challenges.
• Promote compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Foster positive patient and family experiences through compassionate leadership and problem-solving.
