Job summary

Encino Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Part-Time Night House Supervisor RN to lead a multidisciplinary team, monitor patient flow, and ensure high-quality care. The role requires active RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS certifications with a preference for experience in supervision.

The position offers a nights shift with a comprehensive benefits package as part of the Total Rewards program. A BSN is preferred to enhance clinical leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license.
• BLS certificate required at hire and maintained.
• ACLS certificate within 30 days of hire and maintained.
• One (1) year supervisor experience preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years acute care nursing experience.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise department service functions during shift.
• Monitor delivery of care and quality of services; direct patient care as needed.
• Coordinate scheduling for after-hours procedures and stand-by staff.
• Enhance patient/family experience through supportive interactions and explanations of hospital policies.
