Job summary

Sanford Health in the heartland is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver individualized nursing care using the full nursing process. You will collaborate with residents, families, and a wide inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care in a hospital or senior care setting.

The role requires a graduate of a nationally accredited nursing program, an active RN license, and multistate licensure if applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license and multistate licensure if in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provides individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborates with residents, families and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinates care, resident assessment, education and basic nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks within scope of practice.
