Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process. The role requires collaboration with physicians and inter-disciplinary teams to plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

The RN will care for patients across preventive, diagnostic, treatment and follow-up care, coordinate assessments and triage, and ensure standards of nursing practice comply with state rules. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license and state-specific licensure.
• Maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians and other professionals to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Care for patients through prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
• Plan and coordinate care, including patient assessment, education, triage, and nursing interventions.
