Job summary

Sanford Health in Bagley, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process. The RN will collaborate with physicians and the care team to plan, implement and evaluate patient care across all phases of the care continuum.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in nursing and current RN licensure in the state of practice. BLS certification is required, ACLS training may be required for certain specialties, and on-the-job training is provided where

Qualifications

• Must have current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
• BLS certification required; ACLS training encouraged/required for some roles
• Experience providing patient education and care coordination may be required
