Job summary

Sanford Health in the United States is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide patient care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan, implement and evaluate care across the care continuum.

The RN will be responsible for patient assessment, education, triage, and delivering care per state standards and licensure. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and an active RN license is required where practice occurs.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; RN licensure required in state of practice.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physicians and other professionals to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Provide care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and follow-up.
• Plan and coordinate care, assess patients, educate patients, triage, and perform nursing interventions.
• Practice within the Nurse Practice Act and state regulations.
