You will collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Maintains required competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with residents, families and the inter-disciplinary team to plan and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff as appropriate.
• Ensure safe administration of resident care and address concerns promptly.
