Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio or multi-state compact.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis: initial and ongoing health status assessment.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning: document planned nursing interventions.
• Implementation/Evaluation: evaluate response and revise plan as needed.
• Leadership: participate in process improvement for quality and safety.
• Operations: support daily departmental functions and safety initiatives.
