Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or a multi-state compact license.
• BLS certification.
• BSN degree required after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments for the population or individual.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Document planned nursing interventions to meet patient needs.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluate responses to care and revise plans with the team.
• Leadership - Participate in process improvement for quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Operations - Support daily unit operations and high reliability goals.
