Banner Ocotillo Medical Center in Chandler, AZ is hiring an experienced RN for a night shift in Women\'s Services/Labor & Delivery. The role focuses on circulating and recovering, newborn transition and postpartum care, with cross-training opportunities and a 12-hour night schedule.

The position requires an AZ RN license, BLS, and prior obstetric experience; night differential applies and there is a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in the state of practice (Arizona).
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in Labor & Delivery or related obstetric units is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care per policy and nursing standards.
• Document care and ensure accurate communication to the care team.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses and families for safe discharge planning.
• Circulate and recover in C-Sections and manage antepartum/postpartum needs.
• Supervise and mentor less experienced team members when appropriate.
