Endeavor Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Antepartum Night Shift at Evanston Hospital (Evanston, IL). This full-time role offers 36 hours per week, 19:00–07:30 with weekend rotation.

A $25,000 sign-on bonus is available for nurses with 18 months of Antepartum experience. The nurse will deliver compassionate care, develop care plans, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse with Antepartum experience (18 months required)

Aufgaben

• Develops a plan of care that identifies interventions to achieve expected outcomes. Evaluates patient’s progress toward attainment of outcomes, revises diagnoses and interventions as needed.
• Provides patient assessment and collection of health data involving patient, family and other health care providers.
• Communicates plan of care to patient and family and to the interdisciplinary team; documents patient health data and communications.
• Delivers teaching tailored to learning needs and cultural background; supports patient self-management and education for disease management.
