Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program and RN license.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of start.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Nursing as specialized field of study.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and create care plans.
• Educate patients and families to support learning needs.
• Delegate tasks based on patient condition and team competencies.
• Maintain patient safety and high-quality care in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians to coordinate care.
• Document learning needs and outcomes in EMR.
