Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Waxahachie in Waxahachie, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Labor & Delivery nights to join a Magnet-recognized team. The role requires 3 x 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) and 36 hours per week plus on-call every six weeks.

You will provide high-quality care to laboring and postpartum patients, monitor fetal status, support vaginal and surgical deliveries, and collaborate with providers.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license.
• Strong experience with fetal monitoring and laboring patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to laboring and postpartum patients.
• Perform continuous fetal monitoring and interpret results accurately.
• Support vaginal and surgical deliveries in collaboration with providers.
• Deliver safe, evidence-based care in both labor and triage settings.
