Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Temple is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for Labor and Delivery, night shift (7p-7a). The unit handles high-volume maternity care in a Magnet-designated hospital with 12 L/D rooms, 5 Antepartum, and 24 Post-Partum rooms.

The RN utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safe transitions and adherence to Texas Nursing Practice Act, in a 24x7 inpatient/outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Grad of an Accredited RN Program.
• 1 year of RN experience in Labor and Delivery or LDRP.

Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate patient care using the nursing process.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with health care team to facilitate safe patient transitions.
