Mercy South is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Labor & Delivery on a part-time night shift. The role focuses on applying the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality in alignment with Mercy standards.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited RN degree and an active RN license (state or compact), with BLS certification and a passion for teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current RN license in state of practice or Compact RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care across age groups.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Implement and evaluate treatment plans and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and interdisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate patient care with ancillary departments.
