Job summary

Banner Health is seeking an RN for Labor & Delivery at Banner Gateway Medical Center in Gilbert, AZ. Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• Previous RN L&D experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan discharge appropriately.
• Implement and coordinate nursing care per physician orders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe deliveries.
• Document patient status, care provided and responses to treatment.
• Promote evidence-based practice and contribute to unit leadership.
