Job summary

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• ACLS and NRP required within 3 months.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• Experience in Labor & Delivery and EMR systems (EPIC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes early to intervene.
• Administer safe, evidence-based medications and hands-on care.
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced providers to support timely care decisions.
• Educate patients and families clearly and compassionately for care continuity.
• Document accurately in the EMR to promote continuity and safety.
