Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Part-Time Night RN in Labor & Delivery at Community Medical Center in Toms River, NJ. This role supports a 7p-7:30a schedule two days per week, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, safe medication administration, clinical collaboration, and precise EMR documentation (EPIC). Requires NJ RN license, BLS, ACLS/NRP within 3 months; BSN preferred for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification; ACLS and NRP within 3 months.
• BSN strongly preferred; prior L&D experience preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems (EPIC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments in Labor & Delivery.
• Administer medications and provide hands-on care.
• Collaborate with physicians and providers for care decisions.
• Document accurately in EMR to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and care transitions.
