You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications with strong clinical judgment, document in EPIC, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure seamless care.

Qualifikationen

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• ACLS and NRP required within 3 months.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• At least one year of current patient care experience in L&D or acute care.
• Comfort with electronic medical record systems (EPIC).

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes; intervene early and advocate for patients.
• Provide safe, evidence-based medications, treatments, and hands-on care.
• Serve as a clinical partner to physicians and advanced providers; provide insights for coordinated care decisions.
• Offer clear, compassionate education to patients and families for next steps of care.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary rounds to improve communication and transitions of care.
• Participate in a collaborative team environment with shared accountability and growth opportunities.
