Job summary

Community Medical Center in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Labor & Delivery on the night shift. This hourly role offers a pay range of $48.29 to $65.06 per hour, with final compensation based on education, skills and experience.

The responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, administering medications, supporting physicians, educating patients and families, and documenting in EPIC EMR.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required; ACLS and NRP within 3 months of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes.
• Provide safe, evidence-based medications, treatments, and hands-on care.
• Coordinate with physicians and advanced providers for timely decisions.
• Educate patients and families to support informed care planning.
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record (EPIC).
• Contribute to interdisciplinary rounds and collaborative care transitions.
