RWJBarnabas Health's Monmouth Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for Night shifts in the Float Maternal Child unit, supporting L&D, Mother Baby, NICU, and Pediatrics. Pay range is $48.29–$67.04 per hour, with 7:00 pm–7:30 am shifts and hourly status in Long Branch, NJ.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, safe medication administration, EMR documentation in EPIC, and collaboration with physicians to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Current American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS & NRP certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes.
• Provide safe, evidence-based medications, treatments and hands-on care.
• Serve as a clinical partner to physicians and advanced providers.
• Educate patients and families to prepare for next steps in care.
• Ensure accurate documentation in the EMR (EPIC) for continuity and safety.
• Contribute in interdisciplinary rounds and promote seamless communication.
• Work in a collaborative team with shared accountability and growth opportunities.
