Job summary

ChristianaCare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Labor & Delivery team at the Newark Campus. This full-time role covers a 12-hour night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) with weekend and holiday commitments and an on-call rotation.

Opportunities include cross-training in Labor & Delivery, High-Risk OB, OB Peri-Operative Services, and Antenatal Care, with a potential $20,000 sign-on bonus paid over two years.

Qualifications

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire.
• Two years of Acute Care RN experience required.
• Experience as a RN in inpatient Women’s & Children’s, PACU, or Emergency Dept areas strongly preferred.
• Delaware RN licensure or multistate RN licensure that is eligible in the state of Delaware required.
• BLS certification required.
