Job summary

SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital - St. Louis is seeking a Regular Registered Nurse for Labor and Delivery to manage women's services activities, workflow and nursing resources.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes health data to develop and implement an individualized plan of care for women and newborns.
• Coordinates care delivery to promote woman, newborn, and family-centered care.
• Evaluates progress toward expected outcomes in the context of family-centered care.
• Communicates and collaborates with women, families, and health care providers to ensure safe, holistic care.
• Maintains knowledge reflecting evidence-based nursing practice for women and newborns.
