Job summary

Live Well Homecare seeks a Per Diem Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and ISCU. Responsible for night shifts at multiple Illinois hospital locations, with travel between sites as required.

Responsibilities include delivering patient-centered care with the nursing process, supervising unlicensed personnel, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• RN license in Illinois (BSN preferred).
• Two+ years in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum or ISCU.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (AHA) preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective nursing care using the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Guide and supervise unlicensed assistive personnel to support high-quality interdisciplinary care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain safety and enhance patient experience through high standards of care.
