Holly Manor Rehab and Nursing in Virginia is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time and per diem roles. Night shifts are available (7:00 pm–7:00 am) with competitive pay ($39–$44.59/hr) and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Daily pay access is also offered to staff.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred.
• Excellent clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice and facility policies.
• Plan nursing interventions for each resident based on individual needs and monitor implementation.
• Evaluate effectiveness of care interventions and adjust plans as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments timely and according to center policy.
• Transcribe physician orders and document progress notes accurately.
• Identify and report changes in condition to supervisor, physician and family.
• Coordinate resident rehabilitation with therapists to support outcomes.
• Ensure CNA documentation and assignments are completed on time.
