Lynn Care Center in Front Royal, VA is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in our skilled nursing facility. We offer full-time, part-time and PRN schedules with day and night shifts, competitive hourly pay with shift differentials, and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

You’ll administer medications, coordinate care with therapists, educate residents and families, and work with a supportive team to maintain optimal staff-to-patient ratios.

Formación

• Active state RN license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds or more.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Team player with strong communication and passion for senior care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and guidelines.
• Plan and monitor individualized nursing interventions for each resident.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and adjust interventions as needed.
• Educate residents and families about care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per center policy.
• Transcribe physician orders and document progress accurately.
• Identify condition changes and communicate with supervisor, physician and family.
• Coordinate rehabilitation programs with therapists.
