Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated RN for the Forest Health & Rehab Center in Lynchburg, VA, working the 11:00pm–7:00am shift. Earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time night shifts and enjoy flexible pay options and strong support from leadership.

Responsibilities include assessing residents, creating care plans, administering nursing care, and supervising CNAs to ensure high-quality, compliant care within a compassionate team environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state you work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate outcomes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the SNF setting.
