Forest Health & Rehab Center in Lynchburg, VA is seeking a compassionate RN for full-time night shift 11:00pm–7:00am to assess resident needs, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise aides in our SNF setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in the state you work (Virginia).
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel.
• Ensure care delivery complies with federal/state/local standards and policies.
