Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift at Forest Health & Rehab Center in Lynchburg, VA. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer care, and supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality resident care.

Requirements include an active Virginia RN license, CPR certification, and basic computer/EHR skills. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for the 11:00pm–7:00am shift, with benefit options and on-demand or weekly pay

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in Virginia.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate outcomes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the SNF setting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and policies.
