MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center is seeking an RN III – senior for the 12 Hour Night Shift. The role involves practicing per nursing process, leading a small team, and mentoring colleagues within a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities include independent practice within license scope, adherence to evidence-based standards, and advancing professional leadership. A BSN is preferred; IA RN license and BLS/ACLS within 3 months are required.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; RN licensure in Iowa required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required within 3 months of hire.
• Mandatory Reporter training within 6 months of hire.
• Specialty practice certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to nursing process and professional standards (ANA).
• Lead a small team and mentor colleagues.
• Deliver patient-centered care and coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
