Job summary

The licensed Registered Nurse (RN) at Trinity Health MercyOne provides professional nursing care and upholds standards of practice in a night shift setting in Des Moines, IA. The RN III – senior role teaches, mentors, and leads a small team within a patient‑centered care model.

Applicants should have BSN preferred and Iowa RN licensure, with BLS and ACLS within 3 months of hire. A relocation and sign-on bonus may be available, with up to $20,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• BSN is preferred.
• Current Iowa RN license (IL license if working in IL) required.
• BLS within three months of hire.
• ACLS within three months of hire.
• Mandatory Reporter training within six months of hire.
• Specialty certification is preferred.
• Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
• Must possess honesty, integrity and caring to promote Trinity Health/MercyOne values.
