Qualifications

• Valid permanent Oklahoma RN license or ENLC; three years nursing experience with supervisory capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing with two years of professional nursing experience, one year supervisory.
• Master’s degree required for Level IV.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct health services for an assigned program, unit, facility, hospital or geographical area.
• Select, mentor and direct staff; monitor quality indicators and service efficiency.
