Qualifications

• Valid permanent Oklahoma RN license or RN license recognized by eNLC.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing with required supervisory experience; or master’s degree with supervisory experience; or 3 years of nursing experience with 1 year in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and evaluates nursing staff and operations to ensure quality care.
• Directs performance improvement activities and budget adherence for the unit.
• Develops policies/procedures to optimize service delivery and patient safety.
• Mentors staff, conducts performance evaluations, and fosters professional development.
• Collaborates with interdepartmental teams to meet program goals.
